As the founder of National Motivation & Inspiration Day and the president of Motivate America, Kevin McCrudden asks you to "become the very best U that U can be" by "taking action to make things happen."

The Commencement is Kevin's gift to graduates. It is his hope that through this short discussion graduates will obtain a different view of themselves and the world they live in—and that they will take away critical points that can change their lives, through their own choice.

In U ~ Who Are U? Kevin introduces the 21st Century Multidimensional Hierarchy of Needs, which breaks down the complexity of the human experience and provides guidance on how to change the course of your life through meeting your individual needs.

In The Commencement, Kevin provides some of his most profound insights as he asks graduates to focus not on the traditional question of "what do you want to be when you grow up" but rather to decide "who you choose to be and how you choose to live your life" as they commence with their journey as young adults into adulthood.
