If everything you had was taken from you, could you find the strength — and courage — to live? Many months have passed since part angel siblings Jonah, Eliza, and Jeremiah Stone began their angelic training. As part-angels, or quarterlings , the siblings joined other children of nephilim to begin honing their special powers to use against Abaddon’s evil angelic forces. For Jonah, the second term of Angel School seems much more difficult than the first. He and the other quarterlings are gearing up for their mid-term exams, a series of tests that will challenge each part angel in his or her abilities. And on top of that, Jonah can’t seem to shake the severe case of pimples that seem to be multiplying on his face by the day. But as Angel School training grows harder, Jonah’s battle against Abaddon’s forces continues to rage. To make matters worse, a mysterious, shadowy figure finds its way to the Angel School, forcing Jonah to make tough decisions about his life, loved ones, and his relationship with Elohim. As his life comes to resemble a modern-day Job, will Jonah stay faithful to Elohim as he faces his most difficult battle yet?
