Job Crafting is a rigorous, modern take on job redesign that empowers workers to transform the jobs they have into the ones they want. Benjamin Laker is a leadership professor at Henley Business School, University of Reading who undertakes research and delivers keynote speeches on the societal impact of leadershipโoften influencing government policies and lawโto develop new ways for organizations to operate in a socially responsible manner. Lebene Richmond Soga is Professor of Entrepreneurship and Management Practice at Leeds Business School, Leeds Beckett University, a Senior Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy and a multi-award-winning academic. His research interests include technology-mediated practices, entrepreneurship ecosystems and leadership. He publishes in high-ranking academic journals and has delivered his insights to government agencies as well as managers at a Fortune-200 organisation. His research is featured in the Wall Street Journal, the Financial Times, Forbes, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants Global and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, among others.
Dr Adeyinka Adewale is an Associate Professor of Leadership Ethics and Entrepreneurship and Director of Studies in the department of Leadership Organisations and Behaviour at the Henley Business School. He is an award winning researcher, keynote speaker and global leadership development consultant whose body of work continues to impact organisations, societies and nations around the world. He is published in both academic and practitioner outlets on themes around Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Ethics. Adeyinka is a member of global think-tanks and also continues to serve on the board of exciting start-ups and charities.
