John Birmingham’s books include the cult memoir He Died with a Felafel in His Hand, Leviathan: The Unauthorised Biography of Sydney and the fiction series Weapons of Choice. He is the author of two Quarterly Essays, Appeasing Jakarta: Australia’s Complicity in the East Timor Tragedy and A Time for War: Australia as a Military Power. He is a regular contributor to the Monthly.

Greg Fleet is one of Australia’s most experienced and popular stand up comics. As a NIDA trained actor Fleety made the plunge in 1987, starting out as a sit down comic (he was too nervous to stand) at the Prince Patrick Hotel in Melbourne. Since then he has made a name for himself as a consummate performer and writer who merges theatricality and comedy in a way that has put him at the forefront of his craft internationally.

Mikey spent seven years behind the microphone as host of Triple J’s National breakfast show before becoming a team leader and audience favourite on the iconic Good News Week and its various franchises. Mikey has co-authored two books and been a columnist for The Daily Telegraph and GQ and has written for several publications including Men’s Style and Selector magazine. Mikey has recently added stand up comedy to his long list of achievements and has performed at the Melbourne and Sydney Comedy festivals .Last year Mikey went to Afghanistan to entertain the troops, he wrote a moving account of this experience for Men’s Style Magazine. Mikey’s career began after graduating from Newcastle University and joining the cabaret group The Castanet Club. His most recent theatre work was in January at the Sydney Opera House appearing in Celebrity Autobiography.

Jeremy Hartley Sims is an Australian actor and director. He was educated at Wesley College, Perth. Sims was married to film director Samantha Lang.His first appearance on the big screen was as 'boy on raft' in the 1980 movie Harlequin. Sims graduated from in 1990 from Sydney, Australias' National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) with a degree in Performing Arts (Acting). He remains best known for his role as Alex Taylor in the television soap opera Chances.(1991–1992)

John Birmingham is the author of the cult classic He Died With a Felafel in His Hand, the award-winning history Leviathan, and the trilogy comprising Weapons of Choice: World War 2.1, Designated Targets: World War 2.2 and Final Impact: World War 2.3. Between writing books he contributes to a wide range of newspapers and magazines on topics as diverse as biotechnology and national security. Before becoming a writer he began his working life as research officer with the Defence Department's Office of Special Clearance and Records.

Gretel Killeen’s career began shortly after she dropped out of law studies at university and accidentally performed stand-up comedy at a poetry reading. This led to comedy writing for Australian radio station 2JJJ, regular spots on national television as a humorist ,commentator and actor, and work as one of Australia’s top voice artists for over seventeen years. For the next seven years Gretel hosted the Logie Award winning Big Brother for which she received a MO Award, and during this time she also hosted TV broadcasts for The Logies, The Sydney Mardi Gras, the Sydney New Year’s Eve.
