Learn moreFrom a young age we are fed
fairytales of princes and princesses
from far away lands in a distant and
ultimately elusive time and age. But
what does that “true love” look like
in today’s dystopian society? Lust?
Infatuation? Unrequited longing?
What’s forever? Love is ….
Well, I’ll let you decide.

Nnemka Agbafe is an 18 year old Nigerian American student living in North Carolina. She enjoys traveling, meeting new people, and writing. When it comes to writing Nnemka likes to write about a multitude of things ranging from short fictional stories to poems highlighting complex emotions, relationships, and social issues. She finds the most challenging and most important part of writing to stay true to oneself by writing in the most uncensored and unapologetic way. When Nnemka gets older, she hopes to pursue a medical degree whilst getting involved in her long life dreams of social entrepreneurship. Her advice for writers young and old is to “be bold and brave and always remember that the you have a story to tell and the WORLD wants to hear what you have to say.”
