He was shortlisted for the UK Kindle Storyteller award in 2021 for A Thousand Li: The Second Sect. When he's not writing and working, he's practicing martial arts, reading, and dreaming up new worlds.

Nick Podehl is a professional voice actor who has narrated numerous audiobooks, many of which have won prestigious awards. A graduate from Grand Valley State University, he earned a degree in communication with a minor in theatre.
