Extinction New Zealand returns in the much-anticipated fourth novel of the bestselling series.

Welcome to New Zealand: golden beaches, forest-covered mountains, pristine water and exotic bird life. A safe, friendly place to raise your family.

Not anymore.

All that was before the Hemorrhage Virus decimated the population. Before the survivors fled to the islands to escape the new and terrifying apex predatorsโ€”the Variants. That was before Operation Utu launched to reclaim their land.

Ten years have passed since they took back their country. Ten years of hope, rebuilding and surviving. But while Jack, Dee, and the Renegades focused on creating a new, better civilization, evil was busy too. And evil doesnโ€™t forget.

While away on a mission, Jack is shocked to learn that Dee and their son Marco have been kidnapped by unknown foes. As he races to locate them, the home they sacrificed so much for comes under attack by one of their own. Now the clock is ticking to keep their sanctuary from collapsing forever.

Adrian J. Smith is the author of the Extinction NZ trilogy and the Nameless series. As well as writing, for the last fifteen years he has run his own successful painting and decorating business. A self-confessed book and movie geek, Adrian lives in Hamilton, New Zealand, and when he isnโ€™t working his day job or writing, he can be found wandering the mountains, swimming, quizzing, watching movies, and of course reading.

Raphael Corkhill grew up in central London and attended the renowned Eton College before moving to the United States to attend Princeton University, after which he completed his MFA acting degree at the University of Southern California. Raphaelโ€™s recent credits include the Los Angeles Theatre Centerโ€™s production of Short Eyes, A Happy End at the Museum of Tolerance, and Luke Eberlโ€™s latest film, The Movie. Raphaelโ€™s voice-over work includes the Weinstein Companyโ€™s upcoming feature Lawless and the award-winning short film Wrecks and Violins.
