The Constant Reader Bookshop is a village-style bookshop on the Lower North Shore in Sydney. Opened in May 1979 it is one of the oldest independent bookshops in the city. Known for its wide range of curated titles the shop has something for all discerning readers from six months old to 106 (but not 107 year olds). Constant Reader staff are all broad readers and will always help to find you the book you are looking for as well as putting in your hands the one you didn’t know you were looking for. In 2022 we expand our store in the space next door creating Constant Reader Kids! The only dedicated Kids bookstore on the Lower North Shore.
